SURPRISE Smart Display (SSD) is a latest-generation 7" IIoT HMI with a powerful ARM microprocessor, dual Ethernet ports, I/O channels, Wi-Fi module and two serial ports. A multi-purpose device that includes different features such as gateway, datalogger, alarm management, Wi-Fi router, logics, VPN technology and remote assistance / remote control functions also via Cloud services.
SSD does not require any development environment, programming is done via webserver. Through the graphical interface, you can set the communication, display the parameters, manage alarms, send commands and customize the graphic appearance of the widgets/pages for the slideshow.
SURPRISE Smart Display generates client/server HMI solutions for the realization of variable complexity systems with different simultaneous access points to the plant, or to the single machine, also integrating data analysis, supervision and management systems, ERP and MES, through IIoT protocols such as MQTT and OPC-UA.
SSD is suitable for digital and interconnected Industry 4.0 solutions in order to maximize the productivity and efficiency of your industrial plants.
