What is a time/astronomical switch
A time/astronomical switch automatically controls the switching on and off of electrical circuits according to preset times and environmental conditions such as sunrise and sunset. It combines the functions of a traditional time switch with those of an astronomical switch, providing flexible and precise control of electrical loads based on both time and natural light. It is ideal for outdoor lighting control, illuminated signs, shop windows, gardens or irrigation systems, helping to optimize energy consumption.
How it works
The switch automatically calculates sunrise and sunset times according to the configured geographical position (latitude and longitude) and allows switching operations to be programmed either at specific times or synchronized with the solar cycle. The lithium backup battery (type CR2032, lifetime approx. 5 years) ensures data retention in the event of a power failure and can be easily replaced through the rear access cover.
Remote control
Using the memo application, available for Android and iOS, the duo BT can be connected via Bluetooth and managed directly from a smartphone or tablet.

Product overview
The duo BT is housed in a 2-module DIN enclosure, with front keys for manual relay control or reset and status LEDs indicating relay operation and Bluetooth connection. A rear compartment with cover allows quick and safe battery replacement.
Keypad lock function
The device features a “local control lock” function, which disables manual key operation, allowing control exclusively via the memo app.
