The LOVATO Electric PMIC23K00 is a dual-channel insulation monitoring device (IMD) designed for continuous monitoring of insulation resistance in unearthed DC IT systems. It is intended for CCS DC charging infrastructures up to 1200 VDC where two independent DC circuits require simultaneous insulation monitoring. The integrated graphical display provides immediate access to measured values, operating status and configuration parameters. Its built-in RS485 Modbus RTU communication interface enables seamless integration with PLCs, HMIs and energy management systems. Each channel provides three SSR outputs for Ready, Warning and Fault status, together with programmable digital inputs and a 12...24 VDC auxiliary supply. Its compact 4-DIN enclosure requires no spacing between adjacent devices, maximizing panel space while simplifying installation. The PMIC23K00 complies with IEC/EN 61557-8, IEC/EN 61557-18 (draft) and IEC 61851-23, making it an ideal solution for dual-output DC charging stations.
